Delivery
We deliver to parcel lockers. At checkout you choose a country and enter the code of the locker nearest to you. When your order is on its way, we email you, and the locker sends you a code to open it.
Payment
There is no card form on this website. After we confirm that your books are in stock, we email you payment details. We ship your order once the payment arrives.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order any time before you pay. Just reply to the confirmation email or write to us on the contact page.
Returns and damaged books
If a book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
